Delivery
To deliver your carefully chosen items, we use DPD en PostNL for shipping services.
We will send orders within 1-3 working days. Delivery may vary from next day to a week depending on place and country of destination.
Indication of shipping costs are:
- NL package: € 6,65 (incl. VAT)
- EU-1 package: € 10,00 (incl. VAT)
- EU-2 package: € 15,00 (incl. VAT)
- World/outside EU, package 0,1-2 kg from € 16,10
- World/outside EU, package 2-5 kg from € 23,25
- World/outside EU, package 5-10 kg from € 60,00
- World/outside EU, package 10-20 kg from € 95,00

Please inform us by e-mail of your return with the reason why and send the goods unused, unopened and in original box to us.
We suggest using a shipping service with Track&Trace*
Goods are your responsibility until it reached us intact. We will send you an e-mail when we paid back* your order. This should be done within 5 working days.
* Shipping costs will not be refunded.
